Abstract
Projekt kao sastavni dio projektno orijentiranog sustava ima za cilj ostvariti projektne zahtjeve uz primjenu potrebnih znanja, vještina i metodologija da bi se sve aktivnosti u projektu mogle realizirati. Jedna od značajnijih faza pri izradi projekta je faza planiranju koja mora obuhvatiti raščlanu strukture projekta na aktivnosti. Svaki projekt je definiran tehnološkom izvedbom te ograničen vremenskim okvirima i visinom investicije. Zadatak svakog projektnog menadžera je uspješno realizirati projekt unutar tih ograničenja. Metodologija koja se pritom koristi je uglavnom standardizirana no ukoliko je nužno ista se može prilagoditi potrebama investitora ili kupca. U radu je dat prikaz mrežnog planiranja i planiranja MS Projectom u skladu sa zahtjevima zadatka. Cilj ovog rada bio je izraditi prema zadatku projekt tehnikom mrežnog planiranja te kontrolirati dobivene rezultate pomoću softverskog paketa MS Project. Za potrebe rada izvršena je identifikacija svih potrebnih aktivnosti i zadataka, definiranje njihovog vremenskog trajanja, potrebnih resursa za izvršenje zadataka i troškova koji proističu iz korištenja resursa. Primjenom metode kritičnog puta, proračunom unaprijed i unatrag ustanovile su se aktivnosti koje se odvijaju na tom putu te ukupno vremensko trajanje izvođenja projekta. Zaključno, analiza se provela te prezentirala kroz MS Project koja je prikazala kao i prethodno korištena metoda isti rezultat kritičnog puta, početak projekta, datum završetka projekta kao i troškove projekta.
Abstract (english)
Each project is defined by technological performance and limited time frames and investment height. The task of each project manager is to successfully implement the project within these limitations. The methodology used is generally standardized but if necessary the same can be adapted to the needs of the investor or the customer. This graduate thesis gives a view of the network planning and planning of MS project in accordance with the requirements of the task. The aim of this work was to create a project with the technology of network planning and to control the results obtained by using the MS Project software package. For the purposes of work, the identification of all necessary activities and tasks is done, defining their time span, the necessary resources for the execution of tasks and costs arising from the use of resources. By applying the method of critical path, the budget in advance and backward established activities taking place along this path and the total time duration of the project. In conclusion, the analysis was conducted and presented through MS project which presented as well as the previously used method of the same result of the critical path, project start, the date of completion of the project and the project costs.
