Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je protupožarni sustav broda za prijevoz bitumena. Sastoji se od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu se obrađuju sva sredstva za gašenje požara na brodovima a zatim i svi pripadajući sustavi te načini funkcioniranja i korištenja istih. Praktični dio se sastoji od opisa tijeka projektiranja sustava, planiranja, izrade potrebnih proračuna, izrade shema te po potrebi naknadnih provjera. Sustavi koji su projektirani u radu su sustav gašenja požara vodom, sustav gašenja požara ugljikovim dioksidom, sustav gašenja požara pjenom i lokalni protupožarni sustav.
Abstract (english)
The topic of fire-fighting systems on asphalt carriers is covered in this graduate thesis. It is composed of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part covers all fire-fighting agents and the systems that use them. It describes how the system function and how they are used. The practical part is composed of a description of how the process of ship system design takes part, system planning, necessary calculations, drawing schematics, and additional checks if necessary. Systems that are designed in this thesis are water fire-fighting system, carbon-dioxide fire-fighting system, foam fire-fighting system and local fire-fighting system.
