Abstract
Ovim radom je prikazan postupak toplinske obrade poboljšavanjem strojnog dijela TH.18-PT.49 i mjerenje tvrdoće spomenutog strojnog dijela. Strojni dio TH.18-PT.49 je izrađen od čelika oznake 42CrMo4. Opisan je postupak poboljšavanja kao i postupak ispitivanja tvrdoće. Zadani parametri na početku obrade su se nakon obrade pokazali ispravnima. Rezultati mjerenja su provedeni Vickersovom metodom na tvrdomjeru nakon svake operacije. Cilj postupka poboljšanja strojnog dijela TH.18-PT.49 je bio povećanje žilavosti za zadanu čvrstoću prema zadanim zahtjevima, koji je i postignut. Postupak toplinske obrade poboljšanje kao i rezultati mjerenja tvrdoće popraćeni su slikama.
Abstract (english)
In this paper is described the process of heat treating of quenching and tempering machine part named TH.18-PT.49 and measuring the hardness of mentioned machine part. Machine part is made from steel tags 42CrMo4. the process of quenching and tempering as well as the hardness test process are described. Given parameters at the beginning of process after heat treatment were showed to be correct. Measurements results were carried out using Vickers method after each operation. Goal of the process of quenching and tempering machine part TH.18-PT.49 was to increase toughness for the given strength according to requirements which was achieved. The procedure was as the results of measurements of hardness are accompanied with pictures.
