Abstract
U ovom radu se opisuje proces izrade programa za automatizaciju jedinstvenog proizvodnog sustava. U prvom segmentu rada se govori o tome što je to automatizacija i koji su njeni elementi. Dalje se opisuje projektiranje i programiranje proizvodnog modela kojeg čini transportna traka, robotski manipulator i glodalica. Analiziran je asinkroni motor koji pokreče transportnu traku zajedno sa pripadajućim pretvaračem teorijski i simulacijski, unutar spomenutog sustava. Opisuje se robotski manipulator i svi elementi sustava. Detaljno je pojašnjen postupak izrade programskog kôda i način upravljanja. U radu se upotrebljava CPRog okruženje za upravljanje manipulatorom u paru sa TIA portalom. U TIA portalu je pokriveno upravljanje kompletnim sustavom od robotskog manipulatora, transportne trake, pneumatskog ventila, servo motora itd.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of creating a program for unique automated production system. The first segment discusses what is automation and its elements. The following describes the design and programming of a production model consisting of transfer conveyor, robotic manipulator and milling machine. An induction motor that moves the conveyor together and the frequency inverter is analyzed theoretically and simulated. The robotic manipulator and all system elements are described. The procedure for creating code and the controling principle are explained in detail. The paper uses the CPRog environment to control the manipulator along with the TIA portal. The TIA portal covers the control of the complete system including a robotic manipulator, transfer conveyor , pneumatic valve, servo motor, etc.
