Abstract
Ovaj završni rad temelji se na primjeni Pitotovog sustava u zrakoplovstvu. Opisane su konstrukcijske i radne značajke Pitot-statičkog sustava, sastavni dijelovi te princip rada Pitotstatičkog sustava. Uvodno se proučava povijest izumitelja Pitotove cijevi i samog nastanka Pitotove cijevi. U drugom poglavlju objašnjena je teorijska podloga nužna za razumijevanje rada Pitotove i Pitot-statičke cijevi uz izraze kojima se izračunavaju potrebni podaci za dobivanje brzine na temelju izmjerenih tlakova, dok je u trećem poglavlju opisano mjerenje masenog i volumnog protoka u cjevovodu pomoću razlike tlakova, odnosno Pitotove cijevi. U četvrtom poglavlju detaljno je objašnjen princip rada Pitot-statičkog sustava u zrakoplovima kao i instalacije sustava u modernom zrakoplovstvu. U petom poglavlju prikazati će se princip mjerenja brzine fluida pomoću Pitot-statičke cijevi u Virtual Wind Tunnel software-u te grafički prikazi polja tlakova i brzina oko same Pitot-statičke cijevi. Nakon toga provesti će se ispitivanje brzine strujanja zraka iza zrakoplovnog krila u zračnom tunelu AF100 Subsonic Wind Tunnel. Ispitivanje će biti provedeno s krilom s kutom napada od 0°, a zatim s kutom napada od 45° te će se naposlijetku rezultati dobiveni pomoću zračnog tunela prikazati grafički pomoću AcuFiledView software-a.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is based on the application of the Pitot system in aviation. The design and performance features, components and operating principle of the Pitot-static system will be described in detail. In the introduction are given historic information of the inventors of Pitot-static tubes and their origin. The second chapter explains the theoretical background necessary to understand the operation of the Pitot and Pitot-static tubes with the equations necessary for obtaining velocities when measuring pressure, while the third chapter describes the measurement of mass and volume flow in the pipeline using the pressure difference. In the fourth chapter, the principle operation of the Pitot-static system in aircraft and installation systems in modern aircraft is explained in detail. Chapter five will present the principle of measuring fluid velocity using Pitot-static tubes in the Virtual Wind Tunnel software and graphical representations of the pressure field and velocity around the Pitot-static tube. Finally, the air flow velocity behind the aircraft wing will be conducted in the AF100 Subsonic Wind Tunnel. The test will be proven with a wing with an angle of attack of 0° and then with an angle of attack of 45°.
