Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je izrada je projekta planetno-pužnog reduktora za sporo okretanje brodskog dizel motora. Reduktor se sastoji od ukupno tri stupnja, od kojih su prva dva stupnja planetni prijenosnici a treći je pužni prijenosnik, sve zajedno je upareno unutar istog kućišta. U inicijalnom dijelu rada izvršen je odabir elektromotora, zatim je uslijedio proračun zupčanika te kontrola nosivosti, čime je ustvrđeno da glavni dijelovi reduktora podnose mehaničko i toplinsko opterećenje i zadovoljavaju traženi vijek trajanja. Iz kataloga proizvođača odabrani su svi standardni elementi kao što su ležajevi, uložna pera i ostali dijelovi reduktora. Izrađen je sklopni nacrt reduktora u kojem su prikazani svi njegovi dijelovi, te pripadajući radionički nacrti pojedinih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the development of a project for a planetary-worm reduction gearbox for the slow rotation of a marine diesel engine. The reduction gearbox consists of a total of three stages, of which the first two are planetary gears and the third is a worm gear, all paired together inside the same housing. In the initial part of the work, the selection of the electric motor was carried out. The calculation of the gears and load control followed, which confirmed that the main parts of the gearbox can withstand the mechanical and thermal load and meet the required service life. All standard elements such as bearings, shaft keys and other gearbox parts were selected from the manufacturer's catalog. An assembly drawing of the reducer was made, in which all its parts are shown, as well as the associated workshop drawings of individual elements.
