Abstract
U radu je analiziran način povezivanja vratila i glavine u svrhu pronalazaka optimalnog rješenja za prijenos snage, odnosno okretnog momenta. Analiza je provedena za pogonsko vratilo zupčastog prijenosnika sa stožastim zupčanikom koji je konzolno uležišten te prenosi snagu od 45 kW uz brzinu vrtnje 2930 o/min. Rad uključuje primjere i opise tri skupine spojeva: spojevi ostvareni oblikom, spojevi ostvareni silom trenja te spojevi ostvareni njihovom kombinacijom. Rad sadržava idejno konstrukcijsko rješenje vratila sa opisom izbora materijala i pojedinih elemenata vratila, projektni proračun vratila te radionički nacrt vratila. Postupak usporedbe spojeva temeljen je na dodirnom tlaku koji se pojavljuje kod spojeva te je provedeno osam različitih načina povezivanja vratila i glavine. Proračun cilindričnog steznog spoja i spoja s steznim prstenom provedeni su detaljnije zbog opsežnosti.
Abstract (english)
The method of connecting the shaft and hub was analyzed in the paper to find the optimal solution for power transmission or torque transfer. The analysis was carried out for the drive shaft of a gear transmission with a bevel gear which is mounted in a cantilever and transmits power of 45 kW at a rotation speed of 2930 rpm. The work includes examples and descriptions of three groups of joints: joints made by shape, joints made by friction force and joints made by their combination. The paper contains the conceptual construction solution of the shaft with a description of the choice of materials and individual elements of the shaft, the design calculation of the shaft, and the workshop drawing of the shaft. The procedure for comparing the joints is based on the contact pressure that appears at the joints, and eight different ways of connecting the shaft and hub were performed. The calculation of the cylindrical clamping joint and the clamping element joint was carried out in more detail due to the comprehensiveness.
