Abstract
Ovim istraživanjem provedene su izentropska i eksergetska analiza dvije zadane parne turbine, brodske i one iz nuklearne elektrane. Od zadanih ulaznih parametara na raspolaganju su bili tlak, temperatura, maseni protok i specifična entalpija. U svrhu analize koje bi performanse neka od turbina polučila u svom radu bez eventualnih gubitaka proveden je termodinamički proračun parametara koji su nedostajali. Brodska parna turbina sastojala se od od tri kućišta (VT, ST i NT), a parne turbina iz nuklearne elektrane od visokotlačnog i niskotlačnog kućišta. Obje provedene analize provedene su za cijela kućišta i turbine u cijelini, a u svrhu detaljnije analize proveden je proračun po segmentima kućišta kako bi se uvidjele eventualne poteškoće u radu te gdje bi se otvorila mogućnost za optimizaciju rada turbina. Zaključak eksergetske analize obje turbine očituje se u smanjenju iskoristivosti turbina pri radu istih uz povišenje parametara stanja okoline koji su bili zadani, tlak i temperatura.
Abstract (english)
This research conducted an isentropic and exergy analysis of two specified steam turbines, one used in ships and the other in a nuclear power plant. The available input parameters for analysis were pressure, temperature, mass flow rate, and specific enthalpy. In order to analyze the performance of the turbines without any losses, a thermodynamic calculation was performed to determine the missing parameters. The ship's steam turbine consisted of three casings (HP, IP, and LP), while the steam turbine from the nuclear power plant had high- pressure and low-pressure casings. Both analyses were conducted for the entire casings and the turbines as a whole. Additionally, a detailed calculation was performed for casing segments to identify any operational difficulties and potential opportunities for turbine optimization. The conclusion of the exergy analysis for both turbines indicates a decrease in turbine efficiency due to the elevated environmental conditions, namely the prescribed pressure and temperature.
