Abstract
U ovome radu provedena je numerička analiza strujanja fluida u privodu Francisove turbine. Prvo je bilo potrebno kreirati geometriju privoda u programu za 3D modeliranje Catia iz nacrta zadanih u CAD programu AutoCAD. Zadane su dimenzije predprivodećih i privodećih lopatica koje su korištene za izradu 3D modela. Nakon izrade 3D modela lopatica upotrebljene su skice istih za kreiranje privoda. Nakon izrade cijelog privoda izdvojen je samo jedan periodičan dio (jedna predprivodeća i dvije privodeće lopatice) za prikaz simulacije strujanja fluida kroz lopatice. Nakon izrade same geometrije kreirana je numerička mreža i simulacija za istu u programu za računalnu dinamiku fluida ANSYS Fluent. Konačno su svi rezultati izloženi i uspoređeni za različite položaje otvorenosti privodećih lopatica.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a numerical analysis of the fluid flow in the inlet of the Francis turbine has been conducted. First, it was necessary to create the geometry of the inlet in the 3D modeling program Catia from the drawings given in the CAD program AutoCAD. The dimensions of the stay and guide vanes used to create the 3D model were given. After creating a 3D model of the vanes, sketches of them were used to create the entire inlet. After making the entire inlet, only one periodic part (one stay vane and two guide vanes) was cut to show the simulation of fluid flow through the vanes. After creating the geometry itself, a mesh and simulation for it was created in the computer fluid dynamics program ANSYS Fluent. Finally, all the results are presented and compared for different positions of the leading vanes.
