Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je primjena vjerojatnosti u projektnom menadžmentu. Navedeni su osnovni pojmovi, aksiomi i teoremi teorije vjerojatnosti. Također su obrađene slučajne varijable, s posebnom naznakom na neprekidne slučajne varijable. Opisane su neke poznatije i više korištene neprekidne razdiobe s posebnom naznakom na beta i trokutastu razdiobu, te njihova uporaba u projektnom menadžmentu. Spomenute su metoda procjene triju točaka te njezina varijacija PERT metoda kao česte... More metode procjene vremenskog trajanja projekata. Less
Abstract (english)
In this final work, the application of probability in project management is discussed. Basic concepts, axioms and theorems of probability theory are listed. Random variables are also covered, with special reference to continuous random variables. Some more well-known and widely used continuous distributions are described with a special reference to beta and triangular distributions, and their use in project management. The three-point estimation method and its variation, the PERT... More method, are mentioned as frequent methods of estimating the time duration of projects. Less
