Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad opisan je postupak toplinske obrade poboljšavanjem. Teorijskim dijelom objašnjene su mikrostrukture i fazne pretvorbe čelika. Naknadno je objašnjen način korištenja TTT-dijagrama. Daljnjim dijelom obuhvaćen je postupak poboljšavanja, sukladno su opisani postupci kaljenja i visokotemperaturnog popuštanja. Navedeni su i različiti čelici korišteni kod poboljšavanja. Praktičnim dijelom završnog rada određeni su parametri potrebni za poboljšavanje strojnog dijela OZ.24-ST.74, izrađenog od čelika C45E.
Abstract (english)
This undergradute thesis describes the heat treating process of quenching and tempering. The theoretical part explains the microstructure and phase transformation of steel. Subsequently, the usage of the TTT-diagram is explained. The next part includes the process of quenching and tempering that are described accordingly. The thesis further discusses different types of steel suitable for quenching and tempering. In the practical part of the thesis, parameters for quenching and tempering of the machine part OZ.24-ST.74 made out of C45E steel are defined.
