Abstract
U ovome je diplomskom radu obrađena tema implementacije pozicioniranja pokretne trake. Izrađen je sustav koji omogućuje korisniku da pozicionira predmet na stvarnom modelu pokretne trake u otvorenoj i zatvorenoj petlji. Dan je detaljan opis sustava, njegovih komponenti, te programske aplikacije. Programska aplikacija je izrađena u programskom okruženju TIA Portal. Program je zatim implementiran na PLC S7-1200 koji upravlja pozicijom pokretne trake posredstvom frekvencijskog pretvarača Yaskawa i asinkronog motora.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis discusses the topic of conveyor belt positioning implementation. A system has been developed that enables the user to position an object on a real-life conveyor belt model in both open and closed loop control systems. A detailed description of the system, its components, and the software application is provided. The software application was developed in the TIA Portal programming environment. The program was then implemented on a PLC S7-1200, which controls the position of the conveyor belt through a Yaskawa variable-frequency drive and an induction motor.
