Abstract
U ovome radu obuhvaćena je regulacija pomaka pneumatskog cilindra za upravljanje spojkom Formula Student trkaćeg bolida. Dan je kratak uvod o Formula Student natjecanjima, Riteh Racing Team-u te o sustavima upravljanja spojkom koji su danas najkorišteniji i njihovim načinima funkcioniranja. Opisan je elektropneumatski sustav na Formula Student bolidu kao i eksperimentalni model nad kojem su vršena ispitivanja. Istražena je i ispitana prikladnost korištenja PID regulatora za izrađeni elektropneumatski sustav. U tu svrhu, opisan je matematički model pneumatskog cilindra s klipnjačom upravljan proporcionalnim 2/2 razvodnicima, te i dinamički model, za koji su uvedene određene pretpostavke i pojednostavljenja, izrađen u Matlab/Simulink okruženju na temelju teoretskih i eksperimentalnih razmatranja. Razvijeni su algoritmi regulacije u LabVIEW i Arduino okruženju i preneseni na sustave. Dan je opis i objašnjenje programskog kôda za prikupljanje podataka i upravljanja proporcionalnim razvodnicima pomoću PWM signala kao i dobiveni rezultati istraživanja pomoću grafova.
Abstract (english)
This work deals with position control of a pneumatic cylinder for a Formula Student racecar clutch actuation system. It starts with a brief introduction of Formula Student competitions, Riteh Racing Team and description of working principles of clutch actuation systems that are nowadays commonly used in vehicles. Electropneumatic system of the Formula Student racecar is described, as well as an experimental model on which experimental tests were made. The suitability of a PID regulator for the experimental model is examined. For that purpose, mathematical model of the pneumatic piston rod cylinder, controlled by the 2/2 proportional valves, is described, as well as dynamic model, in which certain assumptions and simplifications were made, which is developed in Matlab/Simulink based on theoretical considerations and experimental data. Control algorithms are developed in LabVIEW and Arduino software and implemented in the system. Program code for data collection, and proportional valve control using PWM signals, is described and explained, as well as gathered research results.
