Abstract
U automobilskoj industriji nosači motora su od velike važnosti sa glavnom funkcijom učvršćivanja motora. Osim same izrade, bitna je montaža nosača motora za izbjegavanje oštećenja i nepovoljnih vibracija, uz istodobno omogućavanje ugodne vožnje. Korištenjem metode konačnih elemenata uz procjenu opterećenja izrađena je analiza nosivosti nosača motora tokom statičkih opterećenja. Izvedeno je više simulacija sa različitim gustoćama mreža i načinima uklještenja nosača motora na gumu. Unaprjeđivanje... More računala rezultiralo je bržom i efikasnijom uporabom numeričke metode konačnih elemenata. No, pored numeričke metode i dalje se koriste analitički proračuni istog koji služe za provjeru. Nakon simulacija izrađen je jednostavan analitički proračun nosivosti uz aproksimaciju nosača motora sa ukliještenom gredom pravokutnog poprečnog presjeka. Abstract (english)
Within the car industry engine mounts are of great importance, their main function being engine fixture. Along with manufacturing, the way that the engine mounts are installed is also important. With proper installation it is possible to avoid damage and unwanted vibrations which simultaneously provides smoother car rides. Analysis of engine mounts during static loads was made using the finite element method along with load approximation. Multiple simulations were performed using different... More mesh densities as well as different ways of fixing the engine mounts to the rubber mounts. Upgrading the computer resulted in faster and more efficient use of the finite element method. Along with numerical methods, analytical calculations were also used to check for errors. After the simulations, a simple analytical calculation of bearing capacity was made with the approximation of engine mount as a fixed rectangular cross-section beam. Differences in results were miniscule, which indicates that simulations and analytical calculations were accurate. Less
