Abstract
Ovim idejnim projektom strojne obrade za zadane izratke analizirane su proizvodne, tehnološke i konstrukcijske karakteristike te je izrađen plan obrade. Metodom grupiranja izradaka odabran je četveropredmetni fleksibilni proizvodni sustav za grupu izradaka ABCD. Kroz proračun terminskog opterećenja i ciklusa obrade te proračun radne snage zaključujemo potreban broj radnika te potreban broj opreme i vrstu opreme. Odabirom dvorednog prostornog rasporeda sa dvosmjerno prolaznim hodom izbjeglo se vrijeme međutransporta što pridonosi povećanju učinkovitosti i jednostavnosti sustava.
Abstract (english)
With this conceptual design of machining for given workpieces, production, technological and construction characteristics were analyzed and a processing plan was made. The four-subject flexible production system for the ABCD workpiece group was selected by the product grouping method. Through the calculation of the forward load and the processing cycle as well as the calculation of the labor force, we conclude the required number of workers and the required number of equipment and type of equipment. By choosing a two-row spatial layout with a two-way passage, the time of intermediate transport was avoided, which contributes to increasing the efficiency and simplicity of the system.
