Abstract
U radu je prikazana važnost različitih konstrukcijskih gledišta pri konstruiranju alatnih strojeva s obzirom na suvremene mogućnosti CAD modeliranja i FEM analiza. Rezultat ovog rada je potpuni CAD model i provedena FEM analiza laboratorijske portalne glodalice (HIGH-Z S-720/T) koja pokazuje deformacije koje bi nastale na stroju u različitim točkama radnog prostora pri ekstremnim parametrima rada. Također, temeljem provedenog istraživanja može se izračunati krutost i pokazati deformacije svake od točaka u radnom prostoru glodalice pri bilo kojim uvjetima rada što nam omogućuje lakše definiranje parametara stroja pri obradi glodanjem u budućim projektima.
Abstract (english)
The paper shows the importance of different construction points of view when designing machine tools concerning the modern possibilities of CAD modeling and FEM analysis. The result of this work is a complete CAD model and FEM analysis of the laboratory Gantry milling machine (HIGH-Z S-720/T), which shows the deformations that would occur on the machine at different points of the working space under extreme work parameters. Also, based on the conducted research, it is possible to calculate the stiffness and show the deformations of each of the points in the working space of the milling machine under any working conditions, which allows us to more easily define the parameters of the machine tool during milling processes in future projects.
