Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je analiza vremena neraspoloživosti pri izvođenju pomorskih projekata. Zadani projekt ili kampanja sastoji se od osam operacija. U uvodnom dijelu predstavljena je početna problematika, zatim su opisani pojmovi i, mjerenja stanja mora. Ulazni podaci dani su u tablicama, te su opisane korištene Python biblioteke. Računalni program je simulacija vremena čekanja i utjecaja operacijskih ograničenja na tijek kampanje.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final thesis is weather downtime analysis for offshore projects. Given project or campaign consists of eight operations. The idea of this thesis was to make a simulation of limit impact factor based on the input dana that is given in tables and that was obtained by sea monitoring in a period of 30 years. Simulation was made in programming language Python using it's libraries which are descibed in the same chapter. The final result was visualization of standby time of each operation and impact of limitations on the standby time of campaign.
