Abstract
U završnom radu opisana je višelamelna motociklistička spojka za pogon motocikla. U uvodnom dijelu opisana je dinamika tarne spojke u koju spada motociklistička spojka te osnove tarnih spojki. Nadalje je opisan princip rada višelamelne spojke motocikala zajedno sa njihovom podjelom te osnovnim dijelovima. Proračun je izvršen po karakteristikama motocikla Ducati Streetfighter V2, dok su lamele odabrane od strane proizvođača Newfren te su se prema njihovim dimenzijama konstruirali svi ostale dijelovi motociklističke spojke. Konstrukcija spojke izrađena je u programu Autodesk Inventor dok su radionički i sklopni nacrti dorađeni u AutoCad-u.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper, we are describing a multiplate motorcycle clutch for motorcycle. The introductory part describes the dynamics of the friction clutch, which includes the motorcycle clutch, and the basics of friction clutches. Furthermore, the principle of operation of the multi-plate clutch of motorcycles is described together with their division and basic parts. The calculation was made according to the characteristics of the Ducati Streetfighter V2 motorcycle, while the clutch plates were selected by the manufacturer Newfren, and all other parts of the motorcycle clutch were constructed according to their dimensions. The construction of the clutch was made in the Autodesk Inventor program, while the workshop and assembly drawings were refined in AutoCad.
