Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje utjecaj cestovnog prometa na okoliš s naglaskom na negativne učinke i moguća rješenja. Ceste doprinose emisiji stakleničkih plinova i uništavaju staništa, a vozila ispuštaju velike količine štetnih plinova poput CO2 i NOX. Tehnološki sustavi kao što su DPF, EGR I AdBlue katalizator pomažu u smanjenju tih emisija. Hibridna i električna vozila predstavljaju alternative za smanjenje zagađenja, ali treba imati na umu da se suočavaju s različitim ograničenjima u infrastrukturi. Postoji značajan utjecaj rezervnih dijelova posebice ulja i guma prilikom nepravilnog odlaganja jer mogu kontaminirati tlo i vodu. Korištenje materijala koji su ekološki prihvatljivi i reciklažnih sustava ključno je za umanjenje ovog utjecaja. Može se zaključiti da kroz primjenu održivih tehnologija i inovacija uz odgovorno ponašanje je moguće smanjiti negativan utjecaj cestovnog prometa na okoliš te učiniti planet čišćim za buduće generacije.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores the impact of road traffic on the environment, emphasizing on negative effects and potential solutions. Roads contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and destroy habitats while vehicles emit large amounts of harmful gases like 𝐶𝑂2 and 𝑁𝑂𝑥. Technological systems such as DPF, EGR, and AdBlue catalysts help reduce these emissions. Hybrid and electric vehicles represent alternatives for reducing pollution but they face various infrastructure limitations. There is a significant impact from spare parts, especially oil and tires, which can contaminate soil and water if improperly disposed of. Using environmentally friendly materials and recycling systems is crucial to mitigate this impact. It can be concluded that through the application of sustainable technologies and innovations, along with responsible behavior, it is possible to reduce the negative impact of road traffic on the environment and make the planet cleaner for future generations.
