The main task of this final work is to design the technological process of the shaft of the gearbox marked H2000644-2 in the amount of 7500 pieces per year. The development of the project begins with the technological analysis of the product construction in order to determine and, if necessary, improve the manufacturability of the product. By conducting a techno-economic analysis of suitable variants of the input material, it was decided that the cast will be used as the input material. The following is the selection of the best sequence of operations and procedures, and the selection of production equipment and tools. Once we have defined the concept of the technological process, we structure the operations. We break down operations into procedures, and for each procedure we determine the modes of operation and tools, and attach a sketch for a better understanding of the procedure. By calculating all the times of individual operations and adding them up, we arrive at the total time for the production of the product. After elaborating the operations, it is necessary to calculate the economic and productive cutting speed for one rough and fine machining operation. Finally, we create classic technological documentation to cover everything in one place.
