At the beginning, it was explained the human demand for life near water, and how people have always had the need to build dwellings near rivers, lakes and the sea. After that, some examples of human life near rivers and lakes are given, and various modern designs of floating objects are shown. In the main part of the work, the conceptual design of the designed floating house is described. The owner's request was that the floating house has 40 square meters, three bedrooms, a toilet and a main room with dining room and kitchen. Various calculations such as centering and selection of material thickness are shown. After that, several different technological solutions that can be used to build a floating house were presented, one method was chosen and explained in detail. After that, the technological process of building hulls, bridges and superstructures was presented. Each process is divided into several phases. The process of installing the interior as well as additional equipment is also shown. It is important to emphasize that there are solar panels on the floating house, which makes this project completely independent of the electricity grid from the mainland. During the construction process, maximum attention was paid to waste management.
