Abstract
Atmosferski prenaponi koji se događaju na elektrodistribucijskim mrežama općenito su prolazne prirode. Prijelazni napon ili skok napona definira se kao iznenadno povećanje napona u vrlo kratkom vremenu. Ovi prenaponi mogu biti izrazito jaki i mogu oštetiti distribucijski sustav. Munja je jedan od najjačih atmosferskih prenapona koji se mogu dogoditi na ovim mrežama. Stoga je vrlo bitno distribucijske mreže kao i druge popratne komponentne pravilno zaštititi od amosferskih prenapona. U ovom radu objašnjene su vrste i značaj atmosferskih prenapona te vrste zaštite koji se koriste kako bi se ublažio njihov učinak kako na distribucijske mreža, pa tako i na ostale građevine.
Abstract (english)
Atmospheric surges that occur on electricity distribution networks are generally transient in nature. Transient voltage or voltage jump is defined as a sudden increase in voltage in a very short time. These surges can be extremely strong and thus destroy a huge amount of power distribution systems. Lightning is one of the strongest atmospheric surges that can occur on these networks. Therefore, it is very important to properly protect electricity distribution networks and other ancillary components from atmospheric surges. This paper explains the types and significance of atmospheric surges and the types of protection used to mitigate their effect on electricity distribution networks and other buildings.
