Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu detaljno je prikazan proces konstruiranja vertikalnog elevatora paleta. Nakon odabira dimenzija transportiranog tereta, napravljen je početni koncept rada elevatora. Za nosive elemente odabrani su lanci, te je preliminarno definiran izgled nosive konzole. Prilikom izrade proračuna u programskom paketu “Excel” odabrani su elementi pogonske jedinice, dimenzije vratila, potrebni ležajevi, lanci, lančanici i ostali glavni dijelovi elevatora. Posebna pažnja posvećena je... More jednostavnosti montaže i demontaže konstrukcije, kao i ergonomičnosti korištenja elevatora kod krajnjeg korisnika. Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, the process of constructing a vertical pallet elevator is presented in detail. After choosing the dimensions of the transported cargo, the initial concept of the elevator operation was created. Chains were selected for the load-bearing elements, and the appearance of the load-bearing console was preliminarily defined. During calculations in the software package "Excel", the elements of the drive unit, shaft dimensions, bearings, chains, sprockets and other main... More parts of the elevator were selected. Special attention is paid to the ease of assembly and disassembly of the elevator, as well as the ergonomics of using the elevator for the end user.
