Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad za cilj ima analizirati utjecaj geometrije profila lopatica na performanse turbinskog stupnja. U svrhu dobivanja svih parametara potrebnih za izradu ulaznih i izlaznih trokuta brzina, kaskade sa različitim profilima su 3D printane te postavljene u aerotunel gdje su podvrgnute struji zraka koja simulira uvjete strujanja radnog fluida u plinskoj turbini. Na temelju izmjerenih brzina strujanja na ulasku i izlasku iz stupnja moguće je napraviti trokut brzina na temelju čijih se komponenata analiziraju specifičan rad, stupanj iskoristivosti i ostali parametri turbinskog stupnja. Odnosi između brzina su isti kao oni u pravoj turbini odnosno statorska kaskada ubrzava a rotorska usporava brzinu strujanja zraka što dokazuje valjanost dizajna. Izrađena je jedna statorska kaskada koja se pojedinačno kombinirala sa ukupno četiri različito izrađene rotorske kaskade sa kojima je tvorila turbinski stupanj.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the influence of blade profile geometry on turbine stage performance. In order to obtain all the parameters needed to create input and output velocity triangles, cascades with different blade profiles were 3D printed and placed in the wind tunnel in which they were subjected to an air stream that simulates the conditions of the flow of the working fluid in a gas turbine. Based on measured flow velocities at the entrance and exit of the stage, it is possible to create a velocity triangle and then use it’s components to calculate specific work, efficiency and other parameters of a turbine stage. The relations between velocities are the same as the ones in real turbine, i.e., stator cascade increases and rotor cascade decreases the flow velocity, which proves the validity of the design. One stator cascade was created and was individually combined with total of four different made rotor cascades with which it formed a turbine stage.
