Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu pristupa se detaljnoj analizi opremanja druge platforme strojarnice broda za prijevoz kemikalija. Rad pruža sveobuhvatan uvid u neophodnu dokumentaciju za postupak opremanja, sustave i pripadajuću im opremu, kao i specijaliziranu radnu snagu koja sudjeluje u tom procesu. Izrađen je inicijalni plan za opremanje navedenog dijela strojarnice koristeći MS Project, uz detaljne komentare kroz cijeli proces. Na osnovi tog prvobitnog plana razvijene su četiri dodatne verzije s... More ciljem optimizacije postupka. Svaka od ovih verzija detaljno opisuje aktivnosti, njihove međusobne veze, slijed izvođenja, dodijeljene resurse i procijenjeno trajanje. Također je za svaku od verzija definiran troškovnik koji uključuje radne sate i pripadajuće cijene. Ključni kriteriji za odabir najoptimalnijeg rješenja bili su vremenski okviri i ukupni troškovi, koji su najbolje zadovoljeni u petom slučaju. Na osnovu tog modela, rad pruža zaključke o mogućim poboljšanjima u procesu opremanja i preporuke za daljnja istraživanja u ovom području. Less
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, a detailed analysis of the outfitting process for the second platform of a chemical tanker's engine room is conducted. The study offers a comprehensive insight into the necessary documentation for the outfitting procedure, systems, and their corresponding equipment, as well as the specialized workforce involved in this process. An initial plan for equipping the specified section of the engine room was developed using MS Project, accompanied by detailed commentary... More throughout the process. Based on this preliminary plan, four additional versions were developed with the aim of optimizing the procedure. Each of these versions thoroughly describes the activities, their interrelationships, the sequence of execution, allocated resources, and estimated duration. Moreover, a cost breakdown, which includes labor hours and associated costs, has been defined for each version. The key criteria for selecting the most optimal solution were time frames and total costs, best met in the fifth scenario. Based on this model, the thesis provides conclusions on possible improvements in the equipping process and recommendations for further research in this area. Less
