Abstract
U ovom radu provedena je benchmarking metoda uspoređivanja brodogradilišta 3. Maj sa idejnim projektom. Pobliže je istražen i pojašnjen način određivanja lokacije brodogradilišta te analiza tržišta sa plovnim putevima, sirovinama, opskrbom energije, klimatskim karakteristikama, prometnom povezanosti i karakteristikama terena, obale i podmorja. U sklopu rada određene su dimenzije karakterističnih površina brodogradilišta, specifikacije opreme i transportna sredstva koja se koriste. Osim spomenutoga pojašnjen je kompletni tok materijala od glavnog skladišta crne metalurgije do navoza te je definirana i raspoređena radna snaga po radnim mjestima. Napravljen je nacrt općeg plana i toka materijala brodogradilišta te na samome kraju rada dano je osobno mišljenje autora na temu rada.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a benchmarking method is used to compare the shipyard 3. Maj with the conceptual shipyard project. The method of determining the location of the shipyard and the analysis of the market with waterways, raw materials, energy supply, climatic characteristics, traffic connections and characteristics of the terrain, coast and undersea were investigated and clarified in more detail. The paper also determines the dimensions of the characteristic areas of the shipyard, the specifications of the equipment and the means of transport that are used. In addition to the above, the complete material flow from the main warehouse to the slipway was clarified, and the workforce was defined and distributed by workplace. A draft of the general plan and material flow of the shipyard was made, and at the very end of the paper, the author's opinion on the topic of the work was given.
