Abstract
Prije samog pregleda i odabira tehničkih rješenja za dinamički monitoring prijenosne moći dalekovoda potrebno je poznavati same čimbenike zbog kojih se razvija navedena tehnologija kao što su zagrijavanje vodiča i ostale opreme dalekovoda, utjecaj i posljedice toplinskog naprezanja na vodič te utjecaj vremenskih prilika na vodič. Razrađen su načini toplinskog ocjenjivanja prijenosne moći dalekovoda poput statičkog toplinskog ocjenjivanja (STR), probabilističkog toplinskog ocjenjivanja i na kraju dinamičkog toplinskog ocjenjivanja (DTR) koje je podloga za dinamički monitoring. Nakon toga razrađuje se sam princip određivanja prijenosne moći dalekovoda korištenjem dinamičkog monitoringa u stvarnom vremenu te pregled tehničkih rješenja i komercijalne ponude DTR monitoringa. Zaključno, na primjeru slovenskog operatera prijenosne mreže (ELES) prikazana je implementacija sustava dinamičkog monitoringa te prednosti i poboljšanja na prijenosni kapacitet cjelokupne elektroenergetske mreže.
Abstract (english)
Before the overview and selection of technical solutions for dynamic monitoring of transmission power of transmission lines, it is necessary to know the very factors that lead to the development of the aforementioned technology, such as the heating of conductors and other equipment of transmission lines, the influence and consequences of thermal stress on the conductor and the influence of weather conditions on the conductor. Methods of thermal evaluation of the transmission power of transmission lines have been elaborated, such as static thermal evaluation (STR), probabilistic thermal evaluation and finally dynamic thermal evaluation (DTR), which is the basis for dynamic monitoring. After that, the very principle of determining transmission power of transmission lines using real-time dynamic monitoring is elaborated, as well as an overview of technical solutions and commercial offers of DTR monitoring. In conclusion, on the example of the Slovenian transmission network operator, the implementation of the dynamic monitoring system and its advantages and improvements to the transmission capacity of the entire power network are presented.
