Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je i objašnjen način funkcioniranja rashladnog sustava broda. Opisane su i razmotrene razlike između direktnog i indirektnog sustava hlađenja, s naglaskom na indirektni sustav koji je detaljnije objašnjen i analiziran. Rad se posebno usredotočuje na centralni rashladni sustav, analizirajući sve njegove ključne komponente i način funkcioniranja. U radu je prikazana bilanca topline na primjeru broda za prijevoz kemikalija, izgrađenog u brodogradilištu „Uljanik“. Na temelju tih podataka, izvršen je proračun cjevovoda rashladnog sustava prema kojem su odabrane odgovarajuće dimenzije cijevi. Koristeći računalni program FluidFlow proveden je proračun protoka i padova tlaka u cjevovodu rashladnog sustava brodskog pogonskog postrojenja. Nakon provođenja simulacija cirkulacijskih krugova odabrana je adekvatna oprema rashladnog sustava te je prikazana usporedba dobivenih i pretpostavljenih rezultata. Analizom je utvrđeno da podaci dobiveni simulacijama u programu FluidFlow odstupaju od predviđenih rezultata iz toplinske bilance, što je bilo i očekivano, a razlozi tih odstupanja objašnjeni su u završnom dijelu rada.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes and explains how a ship's cooling system works. The differences between direct and indirect cooling systems are described and discussed, with the focus on the indirect system, which is explained and analyzed in more detail. The main focus of the thesis is on the central cooling system, whereby all important components and their mode of operation are analyzed. The thesis presents the heat balance on the example of a chemical tanker built in the shipyard "Uljanik". On the basis of these data, the calculation of the cooling system piping was carried out, according to which the appropriate dimensions of the pipes were selected. A model of the cooling system was created using the FluidFlow program. After simulating the circulation circuits, the appropriate cooling system equipment was selected and a comparison of the obtained and predicted results was presented. The analysis showed that the data obtained by simulations in the FluidFlow program deviated from the predicted results of the heat balance, which was to be expected, and the reasons for these deviations are explained in the final part of the thesis.
