Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje postupak automatizacije modela crpne stanice postrojenja za obradu otpadnih voda korištenjem ABB-ovog PLC kontrolera i HMI upravljačkog panela. Crpne stanice ili crpni zdenci osnovni su dio svih uređaja i pogona za obradu otpadnih tekućina. Oni predstavljaju bunar u kojeg dotiče otpadna (fekalna, industrijska ili oborinska) voda koja se iz njega ispumpava električnim pumpama do sljedećeg stupnja njene obrade po unaprijed zadanom i elektronički upravljanom programu. U radu je detaljno opisano postrojenje pročišćavanja fekalnih voda i osnovne tehnologije takvih procesa, oprema korištena u projektu, rješenje vizualizacije panela za kontrolu i nadzor, kao i sam programski kod.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of automating a pumping station model for a wastewater treatment plant using ABB's PLC controller and HMI control panel. Pumping or lifting stations are essential components of all wastewater processing facilities. They represent a well into which wastewater (sewage, industrial, or stormwater) flows and is pumped out by electric pumps to the next stage of its treatment according to a predefined and electronically controlled program. The paper provides a detailed description of the sewage treatment plants and the basic technologies used in such processes, the equipment used in the project, control panel visualization solution, as well as the program code itself.
