Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je opisati proces reparacije turbopuhala automobilskog motora. Opisan je sustav prednabijanja motora i navedene trenutne tehnike poboljšanja tog sustava. Kako je ovaj sustav komplicirane i precizne izvedbe, važno nam je osigurati ispravan rad turbopuhala. Postoje razni razlozi koji dovode do kvarova turbopuhala, a mogu se svesti na četiri glavna uzročnika. Opisan je detaljan pristup u reparaciji turbopuhala koji nas vodi kroz svaki korak, kako reparacija bila uspješna i... More ispravna. Također navedene su i napredne tehnologije u pristupu reparacije turbopuhala koje nam daju u uvid koliko tehnologija napreduje i osigurava nam brži i kvalitetniji proces reparacije turbopuhala. Za kraj prikazan je proračun BMW-ovog motora sa sustavom prednabijnja koji nam pokazuje dovedene i odvedene topline te stupan djelovanja od 42 %. Less
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this work was to describe the process of repairing a turbocharger in a car engine. The engine's turbocharging system is described, along with current techniques for improving this system. Given that this system is complex and requires precise execution, it is crucial to ensure the proper functioning of the turbocharger. There are various reasons that can lead to turbocharger failures, which can be categorized into four main causes. A detailed approach to turbocharger repair... More is outlined, guiding us through each step to ensure the repair is successful and correct. Additionally, advanced technologies in turbocharger repair are mentioned, providing insight into how technology is advancing and ensuring a faster and higher-quality repair process. Finally, a calculation for a BMW engine with a turbocharging system is presented, showing the input and output heat and an efficiency rate of 42%. Less
