Abstract
U ovom radu je opisan postupak poboljšavanja strojnog dijela LD.22-ST.50. Opisani su postupci kaljenja i popuštanja, te hlađenja u vodi. Strojni dio je kaljen na temperaturi od 840 °C i nakon toga gašen u vodi. Zatim je podvrgnut postupku visokotemperaturnog popuštanja pri temperaturi od 600 °C, a nakon toga ohlađen u vodi. Nakon postupka poboljšavanja, izmjerena je tvrdoća strojnog dijela od 27 HRC. Usporedbom dobivenog rezultata mjerenja, zaključeno je da dobivena tvrdoća strojnog dijela nakon postupka poboljšavanja zadovoljava prethodno postavljeni zahtjev.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis is described the process of heat treatment the workpiece LD.22-ST.50. The processes of quenching and tempering, and cooling in water are described. The workpiece was heated at a temperature of 840 °C and then quenched in water. After that the workpiece is subjected to a high-temperature stress relieving process at a temperature of 600 °C, and then cooled in water. After the heat treating process, the measured hardness of the workpiece was 27 HRC. By comparing the obtained measurement result, it was concluded that the obtained hardness of the workpiece after the procedure satisfies the previously set requirement.
