Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu napravljen je proračun i izrada egzoskelata koji omogućava nekoliko viših skokova korisnika egzoskeleta. U prvome dijelu rada analizirano je nekoliko sličnih pneumatskih sustava kako bi se čitatelja lakše uvelo u temu ovoga rada. U drugome dijelu slijedi prijedlog nekoliko varijanti egzoskeleta koje bi odgovarale zadanim kriterijima. Između predloženih varijanti izabrala se je najbolja koja se potom nastavlja detaljnije obrađivati u ovome radu. Izrađen je proračun egzoskeleta. Potom je izrađen i simulacijski model koji je dokazao da je moguće ostvariti pojačani skok, ali pri idealnom međudjelovanju korisnika i egzoskeleta. U konačnici se nakon uspješno provedenih simulacija izrađuje i fizički model čiji je tok izrade također dokumentiran u ovome radu. Rezultati eksperimentalnog ispitivanja su pokazali de se prilikom zajedničkog međudjelovanja korisnika i egzoskeleta, ostvaruju veliki gubici snage, ali svejedno da je moguće ostvariti pojačani skok.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the calculation and creation of an exoskeleton was made, which enables the user of the exoskeleton to make several higher jumps. In the first part of the paper, several similar pneumatic systems were analyzed in order to introduce the reader to the topic of this paper. In the second part, there is a proposal of several variants of the exoskeleton that would correspond to the given criteria. Among the proposed variants, the best one was chosen, which is then continued to be elaborated in detail in this paper. The calculation of the exoskeleton was made. Then a simulation model was created which proved that it is possible to achieve an enhanced jump, but with the ideal interaction between the user and the exoskeleton. Finally, after the successful simulations, a physical model is created, the process of which is also documented in this paper. The results of the experimental test showed that during the joint interaction of the user and the exoskeleton, large losses of power are realized, but it is still possible to achieve an enhanced jump.
