Abstract
U okviru ovog završnom radu prikazana je izrada tehnološkog procesa ležajne prirubnice prema nacrtu za količinu od 15000 komada godišnje. Rad obuhvaća nekoliko poglavlja u kojima su detaljno objašnjene faze izrade koje se međusobno nadovezuju jedna na drugu. Tehnološki proces započinje tehnološkom analizom s konstrukcijskog i tehnološkog stajališta. Zatim slijedi odabir oblika ulaznog materijala, a u ovom radu je odabran otkivak. Potom se određuje struktura tehnološkog procesa definiranjem... More rasporeda operacija i radnih mjesta na kojima će se iste odvijati. Nakon toga se napravila razrada svake operacije koja obuhvaća najsitnije detalje poput propisivanja režima rada, strojeva i alata koje je potrebno koristiti. Slijedi računanje ekonomske i proizvodne brzine rezanja za jedan zahvat grube i jedan zahvat fine obrade. Abstract (english)
In this paper, the production of the technological process of the bearing flange according to the design for a quantity of 15,000 pieces per year is presented. The work includes several chapters in which the stages of production are explained in details, which build on each other. The technological process begins with a technological analysis from a structural and technological point of view. Then follows the selection of the form of the input material, and in this work, forging was... More chosen. Then the structure of the technological process is determined by defining the schedule of operations and workplaces where they will take place. After that, an elaboration of each operation was made, which includes the smallest details, such as prescribing the work regime, machines and tools that need to be used. The following is a calculation of the economic and production speed of cutting for one operation of rough processing and one operation of fine processing.
