Abstract
U ovom diplomskog radu ukratko je opisan princip rada i vrste difuzora. Detaljnije je objašnjen način nastanka i tipovi kavitacije kao i negativni efekti. Posebno su istaknute metode za smanjenje kavitacije te utjecaj na konstrukcijske veličine. U nastavku rada provedene su numeričke simulacije 3D strujanja kroz difuzor bez J-utora i za tri odabrane geometrije J-utora. Za navedene geometrije promatran je koeficijent hidrauličkih gubitaka C_d i koeficijent oporavka tlaka C_p. Rezultati simulacija prikazani su grafički i integralno te su prokomentirani dobiveni rezultati korištenjem različitih dimenzija J-utora. Na kraju rada dane su smjernice za daljnje poboljšanje provedenih simulacija kako bi se navedena metodologija mogla koristiti u praksi za dobivanje optimalne geometrije J-utora.
Abstract (english)
This thesis briefly describes the working principle and types of diffusers. The method of formation and types of cavitation as well as the negative effects are detail explained. Methods for reducing cavitation and the impact on structural dimensions are particularly highlighted. In the continuation of the work, numerical simulations of the 3D flow through the diffuser without J-sections and for three selected geometries of J-sections were carried out. For the specified geometries, the coefficient of hydraulic losses Cd and the coefficient of pressure recovery Cp were observed. The results of the simulation are presented graphically and integrally, and the results obtained using different dimensions of the J-sections are commented on. At the end of the paper, guidelines are given for further improvement of the performed simulations so that the stated methodology can be used in practice to obtain the optimal J-section geometry.
