Abstract
U diplomskom radu „Utjecaj koncepta termotehničkog sustava na energetske i ekonomske pokazatelje“ se izvršio proces određivanja najpovoljnijeg rješenje od predloženih sustava grijanja, pripreme PTV-a i hlađenja za obiteljsku kuću na području Zagreba. Izvodila se analiza potrošnje energije postojeće obiteljske kuće za koju su se, korištenjem dinamičkih matematičkih modela, provele cjelogodišnje simulacije unutar programa TRNSYS – Simulation Studio. Simulacije su provedene u realnim uvjetima temeljem meteoroloških podataka za područje Zagreba - Maksimir. Određivanje optimalne izvedbe sustava se postiže pravilnim odabirom potrebnih elemenata i opreme, te njihovom korektnom implementacijom u sustavu. Kreirano je nekoliko izvedbi sustava za koje su provedene simulacije i dobiveni rezultati o potrošnji energije. Ti rezultati su provedeni kroz proračun godišnje potrošnje energije za grijanje, pripremu PTV-a i hlađenje od čega su određeni godišnji troškovi pogona. Uz to su određeni i investicijski troškovi te troškovi održavanja. Iz rezultata ukupnih troškova za navedene izvedbe, izvedba 3 se pokazala kao optimalno rješenje čije je vrijeme isplate 13 godina
Abstract (english)
In the master's thesis "The impact of the HVAC system concept on energy and economic indicators" was carried out to determine the most favorable solution from the proposed heating systems, preparation of DHW and cooling for a family house in the Zagreb area. An analysis of energy consumption of the existing family house was performed, for which year-round simulations were conducted using dynamic mathematical models within the TRNSYS – Simulation Studio program. The simulations were conducted in real conditions based on meteorological data for the Zagreb area. Determining the optimal performance of the system is achieved by proper selection of the necessary elements and equipment, and their correct implementation in the system. Several versions of the system were created, for which simulations were conducted, and results on energy consumption were obtained. These results were carried out through the calculation of annual energy consumption for heating, DHW preparation and cooling, from which the annual operating costs were determined. In addition, investment costs and maintenance costs are also determined. From the results of the total costs for the mentioned versions, version 3 proved to be the optimal solution with a payback period of 13 years.
