Abstract
U ovom završnom radu se opisuju različite vrste vodnih turbina, njihove karakteristike i razlike. Geometrija spiralnog kućišta Francis turbine i prstena s predprivodećim lopaticama napravljena je s pomoću software-a za 3D modeliranje- Autodesk Inventor s pomoću danih nacrta, a numerička simulacija s pomoću CFD software-a Ansys Fluenta. Kroz rad se opisuje proces stvaranja geometrije spiralnog kućišta turbine s prstenom predprivodećih lopatica kao i numeričke mreže koja je potrebna za stvaranje simulacije. Potom su dani rezultati simulacija za tri različita protoka koji su prikazani grafički s pomoću kontura dinamičkog i statičnog tlaka, kontura brzina i vektora brzina.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, different types of water turbines, their characteristics and differences are described. The geometry of the spiral casing of the Francis turbine and guide blades was made using 3D modeling software- Autodesk Inventor and provided schemes, as well as a CFD software Ansys Fluent for the creation of the numerical simulation. This paper describes the process of creating the geometry of the turbine spiral casing with guide vanes as well as the creation of a numeric mesh that is needed for the creation of the simulation. The results are presented as graphical contours of three different flow rates for static and dynamic pressure, velocity contours and velocity vectors.
